Chapter One: A New World

Alisha was at the library studying for an exam, Leon was sitting next to her trying to study as well but he keeps looking over at Alisha’s pile of books then looks at his pile of books “Lish...do you really need all those books for the exam?” Alisha looks at him with a smile then adjusts her glasses “Oh most of them are not for the exam, it’s for reading later on” Leon just chuckled quietly as Alisha smiles at him. After a full day of studying it was time to head home, after seeing Leon off to his place Alisha walked home, she put her school bag in the corner, kicked off her school shoes but left her white socks on, then walked upstairs to her room.
After having a shower and changing into her blue night gown, she started to read the books she got from the library. She loved reading about history but also fantasy tales of warriors and dragons; she at times wondered what her and the others would be like in that era. As she lied down on the bed, she noticed a book that she didn’t see “What’s this?” she picks it up “An untold history of Kouto?” she starts to read it then she came across a page of a teleporter to another world and a map “This...can’t be real” she thinks to herself while reading “I should show them this map and we’ll find it” She smiles as she read more than falls asleep.

The next day Alisha was talking to Leon over the phone who said “You want us...to find this cave?” Alisha nodded “Yes it’s our day off so we can take time to look for it” Alisha smiles as she waits for Leon’s reply “Ok, you know I’ll go with you Lish, but how are you going to convince Sakura and Touka to go with us?” Alisha smiles “Oh..I have my ways Pip” She giggles, “Ok, are we meeting at your place Alisha?” Leon asked “Yes, I’ll ring the girls” Alisha replied then hangs up the phone. After a while Sakura and Touka showed up at Alisha’s place with Leon, and then they drove to the outskirts of Kouto. After a long drive, Sakura looks at Alisha then said “Are you sure this is real Alisha?” she looks frustrated because she’s behind on the studies for the exams, Alisha just smiled then said “Trust me ok Sakura” Sakura looks at her “Yeah yeah, remember after this you are going to help me study just like you promised” Alisha smiled as she knew that Sakura would come along if she added that she’ll help her study.

They arrived at a cave; Alisha looks at the book then said “Ok according to this, there should be a like platform at the end of this cave” Touka looks at the cave entrance as everyone hopped out of the car “Umm...is this really ok?” Alisha looks at Touka then said “It’s going to be ok, Leon is here to protect us” Leon smiled as he heard Alisha say that, Sakura then said “Come on Alisha, you know Touka is scared of the dark, I even have to have some light in our basement”, Leon looks at Touka then said “Then, how can you sleep at night Touka?” Touka looks at Leon then said “I can sleep in a place where I am comfortable at, so it doesn’t bother me” Leon smiled as she turns his touch on “Ok let’s go girls” he walks on ahead as the girls walk behind him.

After a long walk they arrive at a platform, surrounded by pillars and a strange symbol on the floor “I think this is the place” Alisha said as she looked around, Sakura walks with her saying “When are you ever wrong Lish?” Alisha just giggled as Touka walked behind them, Leon walks over to the platform to look at the symbol, it was a shield with a rose and a feather crossed over in an X. Alisha sees Leon “You ok Pip?” He looks up and said “It’s a symbol of a rose and feather” the girls walk over to Leon.

Alisha looks at the symbol “I wonder what it means” as they look at it, Leon saw something from the other side of the room, as he stepped off the symbol to go look at it, as he was halfway towards the thing he saw, a light surrounded the girls “LEON!!!” Alisha yelled out at him, he turned and ran towards them, as he dives for them; the girls vanished into the light, leaving Leon lying on the symbol.

Alisha slowly opens her eyes “Hmm wha.....what happen?” as she opens her eyes she’s greeted by the sunlight then she sees grass “Where am I?” as she sat up and looks around, she sees that she’s alone “Sakura! Touka!...Leon” She sighs as she fixes up her glasses “I better find them and find out where I am as well” She gets up then walked out of the clearing, as she walked she looked around for any signs “This place is strange....but beautiful” she walks towards a tree, then she started to hear laughter coming from inside the tree “Nooooo hahahahahahahhaha not the armpits ahhahahaaha I can’t take it ahahahahahhahahaa” “Is that....laughter?” Alisha thought to herself and noticed an entrance at the trunk of the tree “Is that...Sakura?...or Touka?” She walked into the tree entrance to see where the laughter was coming from.

She walked for a little bit then sees a girl tied to the wall with what looks like vines, she wiggles in her bonds as her armpits are getting tickled by something with green skin and covered with roses, she looks human but she isn’t human. “AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA PLEASE NOT THERE AHHAAHHAHAHAAA” The girl laughs as her armpits continues to get tickled “Aww is the poor human ticklish?” the monster smiled with a grim in her eyes as her fingers scratches and strokes inside the poor girl’s bare armpits “Maybe I should tickle your sides? Or maybe your tummy? Or maybe I could use my leaves to tickle your feet, if you don’t tell me where your village is” “NOOOOOO PLEASE HAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAH HAVE MERCY AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA” the girl tries to pull her arms down as the centre of her armpits were now getting tickled.

Alisha heard enough “Stop that now” the creature looks at Alisha “Who are you?” her eyes then traces up and down Alisha “Mmmm you look delicious, I bet you are ticklish just like she is” she walks towards Alisha “I’m going to string you up next to her and tickle you all day and night” Alisha slowly steps back ‘I can’t run or this thing would tickle that girl again’ Alisha thought to herself ‘But I...can’t see anything I can use to defend myself’ without warning the creature leaps towards Alisha, as Alisha moves out of the way, her fingers strokes across the creature’s belly, causing her to squeal “H-Hey that tickles” Alisha heard it ‘What? She’s ticklish too...maybe that’s how I’ll defeat her’ the creature smiles then dives at Alisha again, this time as Alisha moves to the side she pinned her against the wall “Now let’s see how you like it” before the creature could say anything she feels Alisha’s fingers tickling at her sides “AHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA NOT THERE AHAHAHAHAHAH WAIT WAIT AAHHAHAHAHAAHHAA” the creatures hands banged against the side, as Alisha’s fingers tickles up and down her sides “Now are you going to let her go?” Alisha asked her as the creature nodded her head frantically “AHAHAHHAH YES YES HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I WILL AHAHHAHAHAAHAH STAHAHHAHAAHAHAP PLEASE” Alisha stops the tickling and releases her, the creature quickly moves away from Alisha then out of the tree.

Alisha unties the girl “Hey are you ok?” she looks up at Alisha “Th-Thank you....I didn’t know if I could hold out any longer” Alisha looks at her “What’s your name and...What was that?” the girl smiles “I’m Andrea and that.....was a Mandragora” Alisha looks at the entrance “A Mandragora?” Alisha shakes her head “Anyway where is this place?” Andrea looks at her “You are not from around here are you miss?” Alisha nodded “Yeah oh and please call me Alisha” Andrea smiles and hugs Alisha “Thank you for saving me” Alisha smiles “Let me take you to my village...I doubt that Mandragora would follow us” Andrea smiles as Alisha nodded.

It didn’t take long until they reached the village “Welcome to Wiggleton” Andrea smiles as Alisha looks around the village “I’ll introduce you to the village leader” Andrea walks with Alisha as she looks at the buildings ‘They....look like the buildings in that book I read’ She was lost in thought as Andrea looks at her “Alisha... you ok?” Alisha snaps out of it “Yes I am...just thinking” Andrea smiles “Oh is that why you wear those glasses? Are you sage?” Alisha looks at her “A sage? No...I don’t think I am” Andrea giggles “They suit you” Alisha smiles at her “Thank you Andrea” She smiles at Alisha. They reached the village leader’s house “She should be inside” Andrea smiles “Let’s go inside” They walk inside the house. As they walk in they are greeted with a voice “Welcome back Andrea, is everything ok?” the voice not only soothed with power but gentleness as well “Yes ma’am...but I had troubles but Alisha helped me out” she looks at Alisha, the person standing in front of Alisha looked like one of the teachers back at the academy “Oh so you helped Andrea out” Alisha nodded “Yes miss..?” she chuckled “Please call me Shion” she nodded as Alisha smiles “You are not from around here at you Alisha?” Alisha shook her head “No...I was in a cave with my friends, I remember seeing a shield with a rose and a feather on it....then there was a light then the next thing I know....I was lying in a forest” Shion hears Alisha’s story then said “A rose and feather on a shield?” her face went from warm to worried “Crimson Rose” Alisha looks at her “Crimson Rose?” Shion looks at Andrea “Could you be a dear and wait outside for us?” Andrea nodded “Ok ma’am” She walks outside.

Shion looks at Alisha “Crimson Rose is a tyrant” Alisha looks at her as Shion continues “She’s a dark witch who uses her magic for evil. We were ruled by a noble princess but as soon as word got around that Crimson Rose was on her way, the princess vanished without a trace” Alisha looks at her “Vanished?” Shion nodded “Yes no has seen her since, but Crimson Rose cannot rule this land while the princess is still around, that’s why she captures everyone and tickles them to get information about where the princess is” Alisha looks outside then back at Shion “Is...That why Andrea got caught and tickled by that thing?” Shion nodded “Yes they are Kusumons, they are summon by her and they do her bidding” Alisha looks at her “Kusumons” Shion nodded “Yes and if you came here with friends......I hope they are safe somewhere” Alisha nodded “So you haven’t seen them?” Shion shook her head “No just you but please...I know you’ll go looking for them but...can you also find a way to defeat Crimson Rose, I got a feeling only you and your friends can save us now” Alisha was taken back by that last statement “Me...Save all of you?” Shion nodded “Yes since you know nothing of this place, you are the best to do this” Alisha then said “I guess I don’t have much of a choice” Shion smiles “Good please reach as tomorrow is a big day for you”

Alisha nodded then walked out, as she walked to the inn with Andrea, a shadowy figure stands on the roof of a building looking at Alisha, her face was covered but...a strand of pink hair can be seen coming from the hood, as Alisha turns around the figure disappeared “Alisha...are you ok?” Andrea asked her “Yes...I thought I saw someone.....a friend” Andrea looks where Alisha is looking then leads her into the inn.
